If you are a non-UK victim of a motor accident which
happened in your own country with a foreign registered
vehicle, please contact the Green Card Bureau in your own
country– this falls outside the scope of the 4th
Directive.
If you are a non-UK victim (or acting on behalf of the
victim) of a motor accident that happened outside your own
EEA country but 3rd party is UK vehicle, you
can contact the UK Information Centre
to obtain the insurance information of the third party
(see forms below).
If you are non-UK victim of a motor accident that happened
in the UK with a non-UK vehicle you can give the UK
Information Centre at MIB details to obtain the insurance
information on your behalf (call 0845-165-2800) or email
ukinfocentre@mib.org.uk.
