contact the UK Green Card Bureau. (www.mib.org.uk
or call 01908-830001 or email GreenCard@mib.org.uk) – this
falls outside the scope of the 4th Directive.
If you are a UK victim (or acting on behalf of the victim)
of a motor accident that happened in the UK with another
UK vehicle, you can contact the UK Information Centre
to obtain the insurance information of the third party.

obtain the third party insurance information on your

Centre of either the country where the accident happened
or the country of registration of the 3rd party
